Knytex Manufacturing is a 3D printing and design service based in Calgary, Alberta.
Our story dates back to 2020, when we had a dream to take technical first principles and use them to better design and manufacture innovative solutions for our customers.
What started as a passion to create has grown into a venture that pushes the envelope of the ordinary. We want to scale with our customers to offer manufacturing solutions from grass‑roots — bringing technical know‑how, creativity and life to their products.

Do I need a CAD file to get a quote?
No. A photo, a rough sketch, or even just a written description is enough to start.
What materials do you print with?
We can print several different thermoplastics for weather and chemical resistance, including heat resistance up to 150°C. If your project needs something else, please ask!
How much does 3D printing cost?
It depends on size, material, and complexity, so we quote per part rather than a flat rate. Most quotes come back within 1 business day of sending a photo or description.
How long does a custom part take?
Most one-off parts and prototypes turn around in a few business days. Larger or more complex jobs take longer ,we'll give you a real timeline with your quote.
Do you make one-off parts, or only bulk orders?
We are happy to work with you on one-off parts, no minimum order.
