Question 1

Do I need a CAD file to get a quote?

Accepted Answer

No. A photo, a sketch, or even just a written description is enough to start. If you already have a CAD file, that's great too — either way works.

Question 2

What materials do you print with?

Accepted Answer

We regularly print in PLA, PETG, PPS-CF, PVDF, and ABS. If your project needs something else, please ask.

Question 3

How much does 3D printing cost?

Accepted Answer

It depends on size, material, and complexity, so we quote per part rather than a flat rate. Most quotes come back within 1 business day.

Question 4

How long does a custom part take?

Accepted Answer

Most one-off parts and prototypes turn around in a few business days. Larger or more complex jobs take longer, with a real timeline given at quote time.

Question 5

Do you make one-off parts, or only bulk orders?

Accepted Answer

We are happy to help with one-off parts, no minimum order.
